Using Mac OS and the Adobe suite in Japanese isn’t hard at all. First of all, I know both interfaces well, so I know approximately what menu does what, and most of the things in the menus are English loan words written in katakana anyway. But more importantly, I use shortcuts for almost everything, especially in the Adobe programs. And I know what dialogues will pop up in certain situations, so seeing them in Japanese instead of English isn’t such a big change. So you could say I speak Adobian or Adobese, the international language of graphic designers.
