Swordfish tuna for lunch

We went to the fish place again (here is the first visit), which is very popular – they had closed for new customers when we left around 13.30. This is カジキマグロ, kajikimaguro, which literally translates as “swordfish tuna”, so either it’s a swordfish kind of tuna or a tuna kind of swordfish.

Update: The editor now informed me that it’s just called “swordfish tuna”, but it’s actually only a swordfish, no tuna.

It was served in teriyaki sauce, which is my favourite Japanese sauce.
